What will these mean for CCP? If they're responsible for what we put on their servers, what about the many millions of links we post to copyrighted material, pr0n, movies and other such stuff?

Nothing was canned, cancelled, or shot down.
It has been delayed.

Find an ACTUAL STATEMENT from someone involved, not just internet parrots writing embelished articles, and you'll find both acts are waiting for 'greater agreement', meaning they'll sneak through later when people lose interest.

Or worse they'll sneak through soon when everyone who tries to demonstrate against it gets told LOL SOPA IS DEAD GTFO by the same crowd that parroted the same articles with no sources and thought it was going to break the entire internet and shut down every live stream, forum, and game.

Unless they manage to figure out how to keep out of the prying eye that is the interweb, they won't be able to sneak it through...

ACTA it like poped few days ago[it was secret, created by people that are not elected], mach goverment wanted to sign it on 26.01 but now anonymus hacked there sites and the masses know they wanted do this bad thing, now they will change there mind i HOPE.
