Blackout Cartel [BLCAR] is a small corporation located in the north that is looking for some more members to come fly with us, our alliance and our coalition and join our dysfunctional family.

What we can offer you.

Basic Requirements:

• Full API key for all accounts with Application
• PvP Fleet Participation (StratOp's, CTA's, Red Pens to protect our space/assets)
• Minimum 5 million SP
• Minimum 2 months (60 days) since character birth date
• Willingness to train Alliance doctrines
• Active and willing to work as part of a team

Must be able to use:

• Discord (https://discordapp.com/) (voice and chat app)
• Teamspeak Voice services with a working microphone. (Required for application process and standing fleet comms)
