Try these 2 sites, see if its listed in there. The suit might also not exist in game, sometimes people like to create artwork based of ingame assets but with a different skin.

Some items just aren't available in-game even though they're in CCP's Database. Most items will be on the Test Server (Singularity) for quite a while before being added to the Game Server (Tranquility). That Combat Suit might have been previewed by a player on the test server.

Having said that, have you checked the 'New Eden Store' (cosmetic items) in-game and have you checked the Regional Trade Markets? Specifically 'The Forge Region' (Jita market hub).

That does look ok, but I suspect that might be concept art made by a player considering the other art it is with. Not sure.

i have looked all over for this suit and have had no luck non of the lp stores has it and its not a new eden store thing unless its named something other than suit i cant seem to find it i dont understand why they would have make a white, black and blue one but not copper and a gold one for the other races'''.

CCP has made some drop-suits available in EvE already. Maybe in the future ...

[I think the Sisters Of EvE drop-suits were the first in EvE, but there are others now.]
