Automatic Monthly Pay not working

Anyone else having issues with auto pay from a standard credit/debit card. I have been playing for years and never had an issue on multiple accounts. All of a sudden the transactions are failing on 3 different credit cards entered on 2 different machines with 2 different browsers. CCP claims its the bank, but the banks says they are not even seeing the transaction and all the accounts are good. No,Oops there is no blocking software on any of them and why all of a sudden after years.

i usually use paypal... so.. can't help here..

Are they trying to tell me that the 1st AUTOMATIC had a wrong number after being successfully used for 2 years, and I also entered it 10 times wrong? This took them 24 hours to figure out and they didn't even offer the game time I lost or any kind of peace offering.

I hope they got this fixed before my second account comes due in a week,

I finally got it to work using the same card through Paypal.

I understand your frustration. At least the issue got solved.


By the way, I suggest you delete the correspondence from CCP, according to forum rule # 10. Posting of private CCP communication is prohibited.

The posting of private communication between the Game Masters, EVE Team members, Moderators, Administrators of the forums and forum users is prohibited. CCP respect the right of our players to privacy and as such you are not permitted to publicize private correspondence (including support ticket responses and emails) received from any member of CCP staff.

I just paid yesterday on a couple of accounts. No problem at all.

I doubt it's CCP's end, but glad you got it sorted.

Coming to the forums for billing related issues is very much not a thing. Locked.
