Can't. Corp logos are made in the logo maker tool. Alliances can have custom logos as long as they meet certain criteria. The reasoning is that every single alliance logo that comes in has to get approved and modified by a dev. A real human spends work time seeing and touches each one, little if any automation. And it has to be that way or things get bad. TTP bad. Limited resources means limited numbers can be processed, so limits are set to reduce wasting resources on groups that might fold after a week.

You dont need to monitor them.
Simply update the eula.
It is good enough if they check the logo if it got reported.

A lot of games have options like this.
Never heard about a law suit about that.

It's more likely the ccp lawyer is a lazy motherducker

I'm not trolling, I create content for everyone to enjoy. afk cloaky in a system near you while posting in this forum.

The law and CCP trying to steal intellectual property is only part of it. The bigger parts of it are TTP and CCP's art director being super duper uptight and bland (maybe even on the spectrum). I suppose CS costs would also be part of it. The game being old is probably part of it. In my mind the biggest reason to keep it as it is would be TTP would completely overload CS, and then EVE would be known as "that penis game."

This is the best response I've seen in a thread for months.
