Level 2 Epic Arc - SoCT

We need to flood the market with those SoCT destroyers Big smile.

One way to facilitate this would be with a level 2 epic arc with a final reward of a 1 run BPC for the SoCT destroyer.

Also would be a good way to have some interactive story to learn more about the Jove and the SoCT.


*Bonus Alternate Idea: Give all holders of the second decade mystery code a 5 run BPC for the SoCT destroyer.

Mixed feelings... epic arcs are really something that's only done once or twice per player in their EVE career, at most. Then there are all the technical issues: the epic arc authoring system is probably completely defunct by now, the AI is on the cusp of a major overhaul (maybe, as we've heard that story many times before), normal missions need a complete overhaul themselves if EVE is to stay relevant in the future. It makes me think adding any epic arc for any reason should be extremely low priority.

However, there does need to be more PVE variety, and an epic arc would add variety even if it's an inefficient way to go about it.
