I have been playing this game for about 5 years and got in to trading for a year.
I mainly manufacturing new patch related items such as citadels, capital-level spacecraft and modules, and pirate faction battleships. This bond will be used to resolve the liquidity issue caused by my investment in industrial alt army. I got a very good safe deal and I am very eager to proceed with it. Thus I need the money.
The investors money will be used to invest in LP that are way below jita price, and building of other capital components that are sold constantly above material cost. The exit strategy would be just dump the pile of LP items in jita since I can get them so cheap it will not lose money.
Any transportation will be done by contract with collateral set above the goods' value.

The bond will be fully collateralized with BPOs valued at NPC price, not taking into the account of ME/TE research.
As for third party I would like to use Elizabeth Norn since in my pass I find chribba incredibly unavalibale. Norn seems to enjoy quiet a reputation here, given the other threads, in this forum and I want to use her free 3rd party service.

After having a look at the collateral I felt I'd be more comfortable valuing them below NPC.
