New Locator Agents

These are meant to be a new class of locator and not a replacement of the old locators.

New agents are made into locators with different standings requirements, preferably higher in the 7.0-8.0 range, in all security space.

You enter the corporation or alliance and the agent returns random pilot names, systems and possible ship types of a few members of said corp or alliance within a 2-5min window. So near instant but the downside is that this will cost a lot initially and raise exponentially for reuse within a jump fatigue sort of cool down time limit as well as the bigger the corp or alliance the more it will cost like the war dec price adjustment rather than the pittance it is to use locators now and the longer time window. Another downside is that it might be anyone useful to you or your group. Take Goons, they have 24K members so getting half a dozen random pilots, systems and possible ship types will likely spit out a result thats meaningless.

The idea is that your agent is using their contacts in the larger New Eden verse and has "intel" on sources that can be accessed for the right price. By making it a timer cool down which determines the next price is like asking for more intel and being forced to pay more for that information and would create a new isk sink. It would benefit small to medium sized group hunting rather than larger organizations with the added irony that you might just hit on a very juicy piece of intel that might change a battleplan or an engagement. Finding out some FC is sitting in a combat ship in such and such system, finding a titan pilot, or blops group by almost "accident" could be a justifiable reason for the high cost. Finding a juicy intel might also make the player obtaining it money or friendships in the process. Knowing who to sell intel too of these sorts could be an intriguing new form of gameplay.

I would hope the cost would rise into the tens and hundreds of million in a hurry unless one waits out the timer cool down which if you want lots of intel from a particular agent right away you might not be able to use them again for days or weeks even. Intel costs time to gather so it should cost lots to acquire in this way.

I would also love to see these agents periodically move around kind of like teams were supposed to, yet not have the bidding on portion attached. Staying within the same corporations stations but moving semi randomly. The more one is used the faster they must leave in order to stay "hidden" from prying eyes from the higher ups for selling corporate information to capsuleers. They could also periodically "disappear" for several weeks entirely yet when they do return they might have more/better intel than normal.
