how do you do it?
lets say Im in a oversized AB frig that can do constant 2200 m/s w decent agility vs light t2 drones.
destroying, jamming, disrupting etc not an option for sake of question.

Just curve smoothly and try to keep as much speed as possible, light drones(and fighters) will be able to apply damage but at separated intervals, anything bigger than them won't touch you, unless you're going straight toward a set of sentries.

Oversized AB piloting is all about not making sudden moves and turns and staying as smooth as possible. It's a kind of space yoga which takes time to master.

I see what you're saying now. I think alot of newer players only look at surface stats, have great ideas only to realize they overlooked things like +5M mt of mass.... (really?)
I'm guessing some time ago players started doing what I was trying and it worked too well so they nerfed it. more stat magic in the name of balance/challenge.
I guess Ill break out the old tai chi sword and telemark skis and give it a go.

When drones reach you they will shut down their mwd and try to settle in orbit. They will sit there for a while, in shock, wondering where the hell you went.
