It would be nice if this module lasted for 4 or 6 hours rather than 1. Would make it useful for miners.

It is still useful for miners. Just requires you to only be afk for an hour at a time instead for 4 hours at a time.

Personally I wouldn't mind seeing the timer on it reduced to like 30 minutes or something.

Yeah, I think the idea is that they're not something you can just throw up whenever for cyno immunity. They cost enough that you either have to be making a *lot* of bank while using it to justify the cost or be on a fleet op of some kind.
