Just a wee note on this:

If you notice this, you probably have an older version of the bot, which has a slightly buggy downloader for the SDE, which can lead to constant downloads of it. If you find this, you'll probably also find me blocking your server from downloading the SDE, to stop the drain on my end.

Is it possible to pull Jabber pings from multiple Jabbers for cases like an Alliance one and then a Coalition one? Or would this have to be done with a second bot?

I debated on writing something here out of frustration. I was encouraged to get the hosted version for a couple reason, which I went ahead and decided to do. The support for paid customers is pretty poor.

I was able to install the bot on my own server (albiet a pretty poor server that struggles to run it), and I do like the bot and has good features, but my gripe is about the hosted version.

I have had the hosted bot for a couple months now with the main purpose of having the jabber pings. When I initially signed up, I forgot to tick the box that I wanted jabber pings, but this was fixed and twisted was installed. At least I was told. I poked in the discord about once a week on average but I never got any replies. I understand RL, but what was frustrating was that while I still had not gotten an answer, he was replying to others in the discord.

At this point I have invested over a bil ISK in payments to keep the bot active and still have not gotten anywhere to get the bot to actually work.

So, overall, tdlr; good bot, but poor hosted support for paid customers.

This would require a second instance of the twisted part of the bot, but would only need one dramiel install.

I'm sorry you feel this way. I spent an hour with you in a private chat the other day trying to solve this to no avail (along with a few other times while I was still deployed overseas.)

Your bot not relaying pings is the only one having this issue and I cannot narrow down the cause, which I have told you multiple times. If you are not satisfied with the hours of one on one time I've given your issue, I encourage you not to renew the bot at the end of the current subscription as no further support will be provided.

Also to touch on the only part that bugged me. The server these are hosted on is barely stressed by these bots. So I'm not sure where that complaint is coming from.

I apologize if I am completely missing this, but where can I find the installation/setup instructions if we want to load this on an Ubuntu Ramnode server (2048MB SVZ 2048 / 512 MB 4 Cores 1 /64 95 GB 4000 GB) which I believe will work if i can see how.

Sorry if I have over looked it a hundred times!

I have a test of this working on a Ubuntu server, all of the features are working minus the zkillboard portion.

No errors in dramielError.log, the plugin is uncommentated, and I've checked and rechecked my discord channels, zkillboard ids and what not.

The only thing I do see is a lot of "[2017-06-22 14:47:50] Db.ERROR: could not find driver [] []" in libraryError.log which is a bit ambiguous.

Anyone else see this, or can offer a suggestion?

Any chance of the ability to load a JB map in, so on the command !jb it displays the map?
