Stimulate an active piracy meta with a considerable amount of risk.

-Ejection sequence takes five minutes and targeting ship cannot cloak, warp, jump, dock, eject or receive remote assistance until the module has been fully deactivated.
-Entosis module may only be activated 'safely' on a targeted ship with less than 5% capacitor (15% with max Capacitor Systems Operations skills).
-If the targeted ship raises its capacitor above 5-15% while link is active, targeting ship goes into overload state and self-destructs.
-On-board Cap Boosters and Remote Capacitor Transmitters may be used on the targeted ship in order to trigger a self-destruct in the targeting ship.

This would only effect capital ships, and only if they have no capacitor modules fitted. It sounds like just an easy kill module.

If you don't follow the rules, neither will I.
