Battlecruiser Naga weapons?

With the new ship, Naga, it has special abilities with the large hybrid weapons. If I want to use it for PvP, what would be a good choice of weapon fittings? What would be a good choice of weapon fittings in PvE?

I have little experience with the guns, I've I mostly use missiles and drones, so any suggestions would be appreciated.

i would fit large hybrid turrets to it, definitely

Just an FYI... all the Teir 3 BCs kinda suck in comparison to other ships in PvE (mainly due to their low tanking abilities and lack of drones).

In PvP... you fit according to the situation.
A blaster Naga can lay a fair bit of pain out at a decent range while maintaining a decent tank. It's ability to track small targets at close range is less than stellar though.
A railgun Naga can deal a good amount of DPS at range while maintaining high mobility... which makes frigates twitch a bit when you show up 100km off them.

Whut? I get 9-11M bounty ticks in my Naga running anoms - and this is in Blood space where half my DPS gets resisted. Versus serpentis you'll do 12-15M ticks easily.

For PVP, the naga shines as a sniper. For example, I dropped on a mining blob in a wormhole. Blew up a bestower and 2 covetors before they could get to warp speed. That's not bad considering I was 80km away.

Naga is the best sniper ship in the game, t1 or t2 of any hull size. Railguns all the way for pvp. I also agree the tier 3 BC's in general weren't intended for pve though some certainly seem to be doing alright with them there.

Conserning PVE, it's possible, it's not a Drake, but it can be done.

Just be sure to fit and mdw and atleast one TP, smartbom might be useful as well.

Cruisers, Battle cruisers and battle ships are not the problem it's the frigates (tacklers) that kill you.

when possible jump at 100km of target, take out frigates, have fun from there, L3 easy, some L4 missions are possible as well.

With Javelin it is 794DPS, 4000 alpha and 5.2s ROF according to Pyfa. You swap the number of SeBo's and TC's and the scripts to suit your range and ammo; you can max it out at 226km with 2 SeBo's scripted and hit to that range with Spike L for 454DPS. EHP is enough to survive a couple of shots - but you're probably doing it wrong if they get to shoot back in small gang work.
