Tactical Overlay-Orbit Trajectory, ability to pick it up and move it.

When orbiting a celestial object at a certain range a blue circle appears indicating the orbital trajectory which has been a great improvement, but I'd like to be able to actually grab it and move/alter its pitch/angle since, (I've yet to figure out what initially determines the angle), I've the feeling though that it (poor AI) automatically wants to bump into every collidable object there is on route, seriously WT* (can't the AI recognise that it's going to run into something), hence being able to change/alter its pitch/angle to a more convenient route, i.e. instead of a rather flat horizontal angle of like circa 15° which seems to be like a default angle, I'd like to be able to pick/grab the blue line and move it into more of a vertical position that I can visually see via the tactical overlay is a lot better.

Hope I've explained it sufficiently enough for you readers to understand what I'm trying to describe.

TIA

If I recall correctly this was brought up in the feedback for when the new overlay was originally implemented, and CCP took it as a possible direction for future enhancement but there are technical issues that prevent it from being doable right now.

I believe the initial angle of the ring is more or less random within a few parameters.
