[QOL][NOTIFICATIONS] Add notifications about pilots leaving corp

Hello, i'm director in my corp and i found that i miss the info on members who leave or getting kicked from corp. Would be nice if we can have this quality of life improvement:

Mail and/or notification for the members with the Personnel Manager or Director rights about the members who leave/getting kicked from corp . Right now only CEO can receive them.

Authorities will get following benefits:
- Will know instantly who leaves and why
- Will be able to contact the person right away using the notification or mail received
- CEO and directors will get rid of one more unnecessary routine of mailing each other about the memebers leave/kick
- Filters for notifications are already there for those who don't want to receive this kind of messages
- Newbie corp management should be more efficient with this improvement

Right now I'm recruiting a lot of members and it's very difficult to track who leaves or get kicked by other directors. The notifications would be a nice addition for the members who're in a recruiter position within their corps. This is a quite small but very practical change indeed.

Ideally, I want to have one person within a corp to be assigned for full personnel management . And i can't do it right now, only CEO can have all the required info and it is really boring and lazy to write an email that some unknown pilot leaves the corp or get kicked.

If you wanna know why people are getting kicked, implement a rule amongst your leadership to write a mail to other leadership about why people are kicked or leaving.

Notifications would be useful though. Makes it easier to contact players who leave unexpectedly.

Exactly.
The point is not to do anything else and be notified. We have a lot of work to do besides mailing each other this kind of stuff.
Quality of life improvement!

Come on guys, this thread needs some love! It is the only one thread with reasonable proposal amongst the recent ones :)

If you see some flaws in the logic please share your opinion. Seems like recruiters are too busy to visit the suggestions forum :)

Sounds reasonable to me. I suppose the 1 or 2 mega corps out there would probably complain about it and that's probably enough for CCP to axe it. Just some brainstorming... it would make it harder for a spy to slip out unnoticed, which could either be a good thing or a bad thing. It could make it easier to retain members, which is probably a good thing but would make it easier for corp leadership to be lazy. I'm trying to think of good reasons why this would be a bad idea but I can't think of data to suggest either way.

When a spy do something bad to a corp he is already compromised and if he just want to leave corp he can always have an explanation ready if needed at all :) So spies should be okay with this improvement. The notifications are already there for CEO and the point is to extend them to other responsible authorities.

The idea is good. helpful and not hard to implement. The sad thing is that majority of pilots on this forum are daredevils who like pew pew so they don't care about management. This is how i see it.

It's an obvious quality of life improvement to make.

But, as for you management, and 'authorities,' oh no, I care about what you do, a lot. In fact, the problem I typically experience is that you (the collective you, not YOU) make a lot of 'policies,' and 'decisions,' but as far as really taking responsibility, or helping your players, nah, not so much. There are exceptions, but I prefer bosses that actually know how to lead, and that requires that you be at the front, not the rear. Just sayin'
