God and the Empress will determine the day the Empire goes to war, not capsuleers on the IGS. The only good it does anyone to accept it is for themselves. To prepare. And when that word is given the chosen will answer or they will know only oblivion.

And yes, there are those among the capsuleers of the Empire who think a Reclamation by force is a bad idea. Capsleers who have grown comfortable I think, with the way things are. Their opinions do not matter. for Reclamation is the destiny of Amarr and the core of our covenant.

No, they aren't, Ms. Jenneth. Templis Dragonaurs don't have a different ideology from the citizens of the State, they don't have different norms of behavior or laws. As far as I know about their organization from public sources, they were just a society to preserve the traits of the host civilization and they don't actually diverge from it.

The only divergence of them from the citizens happened after the truce with Federation, when the organization was named as "terrorists" and was outlawed, but didn't stop to exist. If not that truce, they would still be legal - and actually they were after YC110. I'd say, semi-legal, since their official excuse wasn't published: they were just allowed to operate and often, and surprisingly (or more like - not surprisingly), citizens of the State didn't mind dragonaurs acting among them and weren't intervening into their operations... until CEP "reaffirmed" their status as outlaws. That's the factual part.

As for my opinions, I personally believe that this outlawing of the organization shall be lifted. As I have stated elsewhere, all those who were participating in the actual terror act (demolition of Noulvelle Rouvenor) are long dead, and considering this organization as a terrorist organization is, excuse me for bluntness, just dumb.

Again, according to my belief, considering this organization still as terrorist one is just playing by Federal rules. It's time for us to open eyes and push Federal demands back into their throats. Instead of Templis Dragonaurs it is Federal Navy who shall be acknowledged as outlaws and terrorists. Now, keep in mind I am not Caldari, nor a State citizen, so I really shouldn't be giving my opinion on this matter, even if my derived standing with the Caldari State is positive. But, I think about it like this - considering Kyonoke has been found in all 4 Empires, they should all work together to find a cure. And if one of them does find one, they should be quick to share it with everyone. This isn't a time to be squabbling over cultural or national differences.

Careful. When faced with logic, it's well known that such creatures as Diana Kim will resort to tactics such as calling people "trolls" and completely ignoring whatever they have to say.

Maybe so, but in that case what I said is all the more true if they somehow managed to. No one truely likes their superior, all the more to fear for them when/if the inferior manage to get the upper hand.

The thing is, we are at war with the Federation, so it is more beneficial to develop cure for ourselves and keep it secret from the Federation. Taking into account that Caldari scientists are statistically better than in any other Empire, we have a higher chance of obtaining the cure first, that we can share with the Amarr Empire, who are our allies and whose well-being is in our interests. Collaboration with Federation helps Federals, but doesn't help us. Passing any knowledge about Kyonoke to other faction that we are at war with is leaking a strategic information and can be considered an espionage, sabotage and treason.
