Hey everyone,

Quick question that I've been wondering about for a little bit. Since citadels came out, is it possible to manufacture and research T3 ships in the citadels or are they still limited to POSes?

This is controlled by the service module, not the hull it is installed in.

"The Standup Manufacturing Plant I is a service module that allows manufacturing of any product (except Capital and Super Capital ships) when installed into an Upwell technology structure."

So, yes, you can manufacture, T3 destroyers, T3 cruisers and subsystems in any Citadel or Engineering Complex with the manufacturing service module installed and fueled.

Note that you need the Invention service to create T3 cruiser hull & subsystem BPC.
