I'm actually not [necessarily] bashing CODE here. I'm not a miner, and I've never lost anything to CODE to my knowledge. I'm simply saying, you don't truly 'own' highsec... unless and until you actually, well, 'own' it. So if structures and whatever else exist in highsec without your blessing, I would say to CODE - 'get to work.' Start enforcing your will. Back up your claims of highsec ownership. Then my hat will be off to you. Otherwise... not so much.

I have no idea whether this question has been posted on the forums or not before. But I personally haven't seen it. It's a question that popped into my head is all.

Simple really, a lot of the hisec POCO's are owned by alt corps of war dec alliances, CODE does not have the ability to attack them, they would get utterly smashed. So all CODE does is gank poorly tanked mining ships mostly flown by low SP characters or new players and state rather grandly that they own hisec. It is meaningless twaddle... Roll

If you named a POCO "Autopiloting Obelisk," do you think CODE. would drop by for a visit?

I wish CODE would stop, but that probably won't happen until CCP declares CODE threads like AFK Cloaker threads. More than enough examples of how this entire thread will play out are available to be searched on the forms. At some point, it is okay to stop having the same conversation over and over and over again.

Perhaps the OP, or one of the very helpful forum posters who always reassure each of us how the New Order of Highsec (not just the CODE. alliance) is dying, dead or never really existed, will point out where POCOs violate the Code.

We enforce the New Halaima Code of Conduct. To do that, we had to take control of all of highsec. Once we did that we just continue to enforce the Code. Nothing could be simpler. Why complicate basic governance with such questions?

Highsec is worth fighting for.

By choosing to mine in New Order systems, highsec miners have agreed to follow the New Halaima Code of Conduct.  www.minerbumping.com

I haven't touched it Dom. I still find EvE to be a bit intimidating. Plus, NITC school started.

I didn't say I had a problem with CODE, Dom. I merely said that the... Forum meta is silly, and gives the impression of a circle-jerk.

Why a talos? Pick a .5 system as they have better planets. Get in Coercers as dessies cost far less and this would be a DPS race, where you get as much DPS in. Plus I believe customs office have standard resists so using EM for the shields is best.

Once the shield hits 25% it enters reinforcement more. After the wait return with coercers till the shield is down then catalysts most likely for armor and hull.

The real danger though would be CCP. Given the ships required, you would trigger enourmous concord spawns which could overload the system. In the least you should petition ccp to reinforce the more and warn them of the action. Otherwise they may get mad for the excessive lag created.

Have you read the actual code? I do not see why POCOs would be in violation of the code, and if they are not in violation of the code, why would CODE. not allow them? CODE. are a very lawful bunch.

once pi is set up its basically a bot like action esp in hisec, long on once in a while reset all timers and log off, eventually collect what was made.

Well the issue here is the postulation that CODE. actually do / believe the things they say they do / believe. You must remember that CODE. are role players who say a lot of things that fit in with their role play. They don't own anything or they'd be in nulsec with the other players who "own" space.

Please quit listening to rubbish in hisec local and talking on the forums as if it's meaningful, it is not Pirate
