How I can use Loki for solo pvp? It is good for solo pvp, preferably cloaked?
Can you guys give me some fits for an cloaked pvp loki? ( bling fits or not)

Has pretty poor dps as a cloaky. It can be used solo but against soft targets. I usually use mine to scout and apply webs for gang since dps is so poor on cloaky version.

loki is a good support ship imo!
not quite good for solo pvp... but you can always try Cool
