It will cost double that amount (after insurance is factored in) just to set up a suicide battleship for the task. There's also the matter of lost sec status, and also compensation for the time invested. And the target is in an NPC corporation, so a war is out of the question.

What, you thought revenge killings grew on trees? Add another zero to your reward and you might get some interest. Though I'd have to say, for a Rifter loss, that would be quite excessive.

Pretty much this. And you'd probably be better off to not post the persons name, rather ask to be contacted ingame and then see what people offer. You are making it harder for your potential mercs to find this target so the price goes up when you post his name. P
