Massive graphics issue - cant even see what I'm looking at, at times.

Specs - Modle - HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC

Processor - AMD Athlon II P340 Dual-Core Processor 2.20 GHz

Ram - 3.00 GB

System - 64-bit

Graphics - AMD M880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470

DirectX 11.0

1. I'm getting a problem with white glares/ flashing cloud on the screen.

2. Also there are these major lines coming from the turrets, almost like construction lines or sumthing. Its bad and at times it can block the whole screen. On low setting the lines aren't bad but are still there. These lines dont seem appear when i have taken the turrets off the ship.

3. I'm also getting these flares or sumthing from the ships trusters. They curve off at angles and stay there. Everyone i look at has them and i tryed turing off everything i possible could, in cluding trails, and their still there. The light at times comes from my ship like the ones on the turrets aswell.

No a clus whats causing it so Please help.

your video card seems to be close to hardware failure. Time to get a new one.

Its definitely not the graphics card id say, Eve is the only game this happens in. Graphics are up to date and i have no problem with them on med-high quality in every other game i play.
