Since I'm an explorer the whole situation didn't really interest me much anyway. I don't know and don't really care if the ban is still active or not. It could have been a temporary ban for all I know. Hell, the ban itself could have been lifted due to all the Pitchforks and Torches present in the forums at that time.

Gotta remember this was right around the time of Incarna's Summer Of Rage, there was a lot of anger and resentment towards CCP about a lot of things and the state of the game at that time was in pretty poor shape.

I was only very briefly banned. After CCP realizes we were all really pissed and turned the ship around my account was reinstated.
I'm mostly retired, but I try to attend Evesterdam most years!
