This is how I roll for blitzable Angel L4's.

It used to have an AB on it, but I found I preferred the MWD to close to optimal quickly and just turned it off when I got there.

I suppose you could, that just sounds exceedingly inefficient. Does your tank hold up to a whole room of L4 aggro?

Drop that, those are for Shield regen fits not active tank fits. They generally only work well if you have a lot of regen mods (they stack well) and have a large amount amount of Shield hit points.

Hyperspacials, Resistances, Cap regen are all better options.

Also a MWD would help with Autos as your range is not great and you need to move around a lot. Could also try Arties, their DPS is lower but you get full DPS more of the time.
