Does anyone have any experience in soloing Angel's 10/10 in a Proteus?

I found the following fit while Googling. Can someone tell me if it will be able to solo Angel's 10/10. Also, will its tank be able to hold off all the damage and a wrecking hit by the Antimatter Channeler? Would any tweak to this fit make it more viable?

I will be the first to admit i have not used the prot and i am not much of an armor guy (shield is king) !

Butttt..

i do know my tengu fit for running 10/10's has a hell of alot more tank then yours. my tengu is 42K+ EHP and i am still playing Russian roulette with the critical hits.

i have had my tengu been one shot into structure before. that is with a full shield capacity and a cap stable shield repper.

so i would be very worried with your fit since it has only 30K EHP

Don't run it with Proteus. 1-st reason is very very bad DPS. With that kind of DPS it will take you 1+ hours to do this plex. 2-nd reason are drones (Did it once with a Sin and no for drones, just no). There are a lot of cruisers which will go for your drones. That would be a complete nightmare to keep them alive. 3-rd reason is the last room. There are hell of lot of ships which will go for you drones again + Antimatter guy sits 100k away from the starting point of the room (tactics against him is to kill him before you start taking damage from other ships).

I was trying to rat Angels with Proteus and even for ratting damage was realy bad.

My advice, get a Tengu with Hams...it can do 1000+ DPS, better get 2 Tengus and dual box with 2000+ DPS. This way you can do 10/10 in around 24 minutes. Done it many many times like that.

If you really want to run with proteus anyway, look at this fit

This is 100% cap stable, does a bit more damage, not sure about rigs. If you can fit cap battery (with proteus you can) always fit it. It is much better then cap recharger. Always have cloak fitted, if you get probed, warp away as far as you can and turn cloak on. This saves life.
