Capital modules on subcaps

I've always wondered why can't we have capital modules on subcapitals?
Oversized modules are possible for frigates, dessies, cruisers, battlecruisers but not battleships.
Who can forget the 10km/s svipul, the 1600mm plate vexor or the x-l shield booster vagabond.

I'd just like to be able to fit a capital shield extender to my apoc navy or a 50000mn mwd to my machariel :(
It's not broken it's useless in most cases like getting 100 dps out of a xl artillery abaddon :3

There's a pretty big jump between a ship that's 1200 meters long, and 25 kilometres. If you compared the size differences between sub capitals, it makes sense why those modules cant go on sub capitals. Just not big enough.

as to the OP don't be dumb we had capital mods on sub caps and had their EHP put well over 2mill it was funny and fun but broken beyond belief
