So Pyre kills the POCO's of Sanxing to prove they were a part of the wardec dogpile and then tries to sell the newly-acquired infrastructure before anyone realizes that it is worthless and anyone who wants it can just take it themselves.

Meanwhile people die who relied on that infrastructure and New Eden carries on.

I would not know. A weak attempt to dismiss my point really does not constitute a judgement and if it does then I am not sure how that judgement effects me or was meant to.

Should PL members not talk about POCO's because we kill them too?

I'd like to point out that the minimum price is equal of what it would cost if one would like to 'take them by themselves' - even with no opposition.

I think you are just uncomfortable for those involved to have someone so familiar with this sort of thing put it in plain terms.

Nah, I just think you don't know what you're talking about. Pyre didn't kill the POCOs to prove that they were part of the war dec. Ex-Pyre pilots who aren't so far up their own center of gravity that they think they're too good for old friends were the whole of the war dec.

Who got on what killmail is more about duty scheduling and logistics than anything else. I'm lazy, for example, so I didn't get on any of them. Never fired a single shot.

These POCO's died because the strong had power over the weak. The demolished infrastructure and that which replaces it is all just a demonstration of that fact.

Any commentary you think I was making about individual egos, I was not.

Might I be enlightened on why the infrastructure was destroyed? Did Sanxing do something to deserve this or is this the usual case of an anonymous misanthrope hiring mercenaries to ruin humanitarian efforts because they have a fragile ego?

My bet is on the latter.

Edit: Nevermind, just read the other thread. Sanxing were fools and the people they insulted are scum. Even we Amarr know that you shouldn't offend a murderer with a gun if you are not willing to become a martyr. Which we usually are.
