As an alliance we are industrialist-heavy and focused more on getting more people involved in EVE in general and living in wormhole space in particular, and thus heavily recruit inexperienced players to help them get up to speed. New players means lots of training and lots of mistakes; this is not a forgiving game.

Keeping a good killboard simply because you decline to accept new players is a perfectly fine line for a corporation to hold, but don't expect everybody to be impressed then by the fact you have a good killboard.
