It's amusing how many of you have that religion/penis line. I've seen it in game more times than I can count.

Nobody asked you to convert to my religion, Jonah. What a hell of a name for an atheist to have, by the way, though it's not your fault, certainly.

Why are your little cohorts that are strangely mostly silent now that you champon their cause, for this? Very simple, because they have the power they have always had.

Fine. I think it's unfair. I'm only going to fly my racial ships. Some of them are awesome. Some are not so much, and when I finally think it's time to venture out into the real game, after all my bpo's are researched for the stuff I use, everyday, maybe, just maybe, some corp will tolerate my idiosyncrasies.

If they won't, then they won't. But with all the players on this game and all the stuff going on, I'm not so sure everyone is going to say, hey, no, you suck, you're insane.

In a great many instances, I think the silent majority may even AGREE with my actions.

I'm fine with you flying what you want. Just don't force your playstyle onto me, because then I can't fly what I want and that's unfair.

I'm going to build a big wall that will keep the Gallente out, and they're going to pay for it!

You guys know you are giving him importance where he doesn't even deserve any? ^^
12 pages of stupid talk with someone narrow minded, gf!

This idea is anyway stupid, stick to your alpha clone or get a omega, most of us (if not all) don't care about that "faction" thing related to ship, modules and whatever you might add and argue.
Just go back playing that game with your druid if you don't like it.

Thanks ;)

I suppose. But everytime you guys say that I mentally picture Fleet Captain Garth seated in a Klingon Bird of Prey, and I think, yeah, this is the only way this would work.

How about give me a freebie, then?

Why can't you lose, after a good fight, if you ship is just not good enough? From what I can see, the difference you guys are all pining for, working for, wasting SP for, is less than 5% in almost every case. Is it really worth all that?

That should tell you something. Religious beliefs are a personal thing, if they give you comfort then bully for you, but keep them to yourself.

I never suggested that you asked me to follow your religion, I suggested that there are more appropriate places to discuss such matters, none of which are this forum.

My personal beliefs, atheist or otherwise, are irrelevant to anybody but me, which is why I keep them to myself.

They may have better things to do, I'm on call and thus limited as to what I can do with my day, posting on the forums is something that doesn't impinge on my obligations.

Good for you, you're welcome to stick to flying your racial ships, what we object to is you trying to force everybody else to do the same.

So, all the people who have these powerful shiips are supposed to also be amoral? We can't discuss right or wrong, in or out of the game? I hear the Strategic Cruisers are going to be nerfed, soon. Just how many more nerfs do you think a Protues can take? I have the best HAC in the game, and the worst SC, except for one role, being a stealth ganker, which I, obviously, have no interest in.

Just how much weaker do you need to make it, before I can say, this is 'wrong?' Isn't that what a lot of you were saying, why you switch up your skills, play the flavor of the month?

WTF does morality have to do with internet spaceships?

Are you sure you want to ask that? You're tossing the ball right back to me, in my home field. We did internet space-ships before Meridian 59 came out. We had entire empires set up around countless themes. I chose a trek mush, but there were thousands of others. Morality?

WTF did it have to do with internet spaceships? Nothing. But it did have a great deal to do with the interactions of the players that played imaginary internet spaceships...
