Force structures to display system name in the client's language

What are we supposed to do with that? The above structure is in Kakakela but trying to setup a courier to it with the system name in English fails to offer it as an option. If a dozen of these end up in my assets list it'll be brain melting trying to keep them straight.

This is actually quite reasonable.

Should even be quite doable (if slightly time consuming) by replacing the actual text with what would be in effect a pointer to the system-name as its localized in the client. For anyone making an API call it could process as the system name or the system ID out of the API.

Mmmn, presumed they did this already with Stations already but tbf I've not played tried to play in Russian.

IIRC Stations don't have this sort of issue because they're static database entries where as Citadels are dynamic objects in space and aren't stored quite the same way. Each station has a localization entry somewhere, where as Citadels are named by players and thus have this sort of weird client-language dependent behavior.
