5 mins of cap with everything is plenty, good dps and application. It's not an amazing fit but I find 85% resists for rats good enough. Idea is to use the AB to help use transversel to also mitigate rat damage.

Ah, idea is because of the light tank you don't want to bloom the sig.

Stacking is an issue mainly on the Gyrostabs, but you can swap one out for either a DCU or a Drone Damage Amp. But even with stacking it's a healthy enough damage boost to keep me interested... Not that I actually Mission anymore, isk/hr is very poor.

I've had BR missions that left me with about half a shield buffer left on an armour tanked Mach. Make the fourth gyro a t2, and swap out a TE for ~something~

Here is the full presentation. I watched it and can say that nobody would have problems recreating his character from EVE, there is so much customizable sliders and options. Maybe problem will be with types of hairs, as they dont match 100% to what we have in EVE, but you can get full beards instead.
