Citizens of the State!

Another pirate threat has breached our borders. They think they can do whetever they want in our space. They think they can perform their illegal operations near our homes. They think they can steal our personnel, damage our goods and establish their illegal markets, selling damaged goods and prohibited chemicals. They speak many words, they claim they are just businessmen. But we know they are not. And we will NOT allow any of their operations in our space.

Under both Caldari State and CONCORD jurisdiction, the Angel Cartel is known as an illegal criminal organization, and ANY Cartel presence on the territory of Caldari State is to be ELIMINATED by force.

Angel Cartel is a notorious criminal group, taking its roots in already criminalized society of Minmatar Republic, known for its poverty, lack of morals and laws. The situation there has deteriorated significantly as they have accepted emancipated and kidnapped slaves from the Amarr Empire. Angel Cartel already was known as one of the largest illegal slavery organizations. Their methods are brutal, illegal and shall not be tolerated into civilized territories like Caldari State.

I shall also mention here that the resurgence of their so-called Gala coincided with another event. The event that most of us watch after and are worried about. Could it be that it was because of Angel Cartel activity such dangerous contaminating agent as Kyonoke spread through all four Empires, exactly when Angel Cartel started its "Guardian Gala" again in all four Empires?

Would it be their fault or someone else, we'll let for CONCORD to investigate, but meanwhile we shall remember they already did enough to be hunted down.

So, grab your guns, capsuleers, and purge this Angel filth from our space. Hunt them down and push them all the way back to their Republic. It's time Angels learn their lesson to not peek their heads out. And those, who will do, will lose them.

Give them no quarter.

Your presence was missed at the Eyrie last night, Diana. I hope you can make it at a latter date. Come have a drink on me, and maybe some crystal egg to to take the edge off? As you so kindly advertised, the Gala is still ongoing.

While we are flattered that you would dread us so much Diana, that you would point the finger our way in regards to Kyonoke, I think you're mistaken. Killing off your customer base is hardly good for business, now is it?

Well only good thing to come out of this is my nemesis looks alot nicer now, still deciding if my tristan should stay quafe blue or go for those colors aswell....
