go to C:\EVE\SharedCache\tq or to where your eve is installed and run rescache.exe in that folder, let it scan your eve and then type yes and press enter, it should fix it

Hi Andrew

Thanks for the advice but It did not work as I previously tried it.

Any other advice welcome.
