How do I completely delete all of EVE's files on my computer?

So far I know of three folders:

C:\EVE
C:\ProgramData\CCP
C:\Users\Anton\Documents\EVE

The reason I want to delete all of the files is because about a month and a half ago, I managed to break my market graphs. They just don't load anymore.

Whenever I try reinstalling the game, I find that all my settings are the same when I re-install it, and the market graphs still won't load.

So I'm trying to figure out a way to completely delete it and refresh everything, and see if that works.

Yes, I've submitted a ticket - one month ago. I just submitted another one today.
