Texture glitches in logos etc.

I'm having graphical issues with logos and other detailed textures on ships and stations. They're garbled, as seen in this video: http://sendvid.com/e5r22l8u

This happens whenever Shader Quality is set to medium or high.

macOS Sierra 10.12.2

iMac (27-inch, Late 2012)
