Greetings,

I am currently look to fill multiple positions within a new corporation. This corporation is a PVP corp based in HS for the time being. Will relocate if necessary, but fleet ops will be in Low / Nullsec.

All pay is conducted on the 1st and 15th. Should you hold a position of 500 mil / month, it would be split 250/250 between teh dates.

The positions are as follows:

HR
Director of HR - 1 billion per month + bonuses (OPEN)
Recruiter - 500 million per month + bonuses (OPEN)
Recruiter - 500 million per month + bonuses (OPEN)

PVP Division
PVP Director - 1 billion per month + bonuses (OPEN)
Fleet Commander - 500 million per month + bonuses (OPEN)
Fleet Commander - 500 million per month + bonuses (OPEN)


Below, I have outlined specific tasks for each position along with more details regarding pay, etc.

HR Director

- Manage Recruiters
- Work with CEO to ensure high team performance
- Help Develop Recruitment goals
- Work with CEO to hire management level pilots as needed
- Primary recruiter until a recruiter is hired, then light Recruitment as needed, becoming NO recruitment after 1 month
- Purge Inactive Members as needed
- Accept applicants into corp

Pay & Benefits

- 1 Billion ISK per Month

Bonuses based on team performance:

- 250 million ISK bonus if ALL recruiters meet their monthly goals
- 50 million ISK bonus paid to you for each recruiter that meets their goal when ALL recruiters do not.
- Additional bonuses TBD

Recruiter

- Complete background checks using API tools
- Conduct voice interviews as needed (case by case)
- Use best judgement when recruiting applicants
- Provide feedback to upper management on recruitment trends, etc. (not frequent)
- Post and update recruitment ads on various websites including Reddit and Eve Forums
- Must demonstrate corp values during recruitment conversations
- Must be patient with new players who may not be familiar with application processes within the Eve client

Pay & Benefits This is your choice:

- 500 Million per month + 5 Million per recruit after 25 per month
OR
- 20 Million per recruit - no cap - no bonuses

PVP Director

- Work with Fleet Commanders to keep operations active
- Work with CEO and FC's to develop doctrines as needed
- Lead fleets as needed / fill in for FC's as needed
- Knowledge of PVP mechanics required
- SOV mechanics knowledge is a plus but not required immediately
- Will split FC duties with CEO until FC is recruited

Pay & Benefits

1 Billion per month

- Bonuses based on doctrines flown, fleet participation
- Full ship reimbursement when FC'ing and using corp doctrine.

- Conduct Lowsec Roams
- Conduct Nullsec Roams
- Organize fleets for home defense as needed
- Provide feedback to CEO regarding fleet participation when asked
- Ability to speak clearly and provide clear instructions during stressful moments
- Positive attitude regardless of situation
- Work with CEO and PVP Director to develop doctrines as needed

Pay & Benefits

500 Million per Month

- Bonuses based on doctrines flown, fleet participation
- Full ship reimbursement when FC'ing and using corp doctrine.
