Combat anomalies on Sisi?

Where can I fond some combat anomalies (8-10) on Sisi? There are some things I'd like to test and practice on without fear of losing something expensive or making a fool of myself and I can't seem to find any, even after using /boostsov. Drone space is preferred, but it really doesn't matter.
