I can't find an answer to this question : in what circumstances using command bursts in hisec can get me concorded?

'Weapons timer' is all I found -- nothing about suspect or criminal flags .

Devblog compared it to smartbombs - well, smartbombing in hisec gives weapons timer and GCC ( if you hit something other than npc ship ) .... meaning 'concorded'.

Can someone knowledgeable enlighten me, pwetty please.

PS. does concord work the same way on sisi as on tranq?

you will not get concordukken for letting off a command burst in hisec.

it gives you an Aggression Timer, so you cannot dock, receive tether from a citadel or take a stargate. It does not give you a suspect or GCC flag.

yes, CONCORD works the same on SiSi as on TQ.

You also cannot refit your ship using mobile depot and tethered ships don't receive boost.
