Nullfar Bond 23b 3% [110% collateralized]

Greetings I am issuing bonds to the value of 23 billion isk for industry and trading operation. I might have expanded my infrastructures (characters not citadels) a little bit too fast and need liquidity at the moment.
The bond will be 110% collateralized. I'm inclined to use Elizabeth Norn for 3rd party, the mod of scc-lounge. I will handover 25b worth of BPO (NPC price) very shortly to her.

The operation will be safe. I mainly build capital mod, citadels and lp related items and they never sold below the material cost. All transportation will be done by contracts with collateral.

If anyone has any questions I'll be happy to try to answer them here.

Confirmed received 23b. The Bond is filled. The loan will be paid back on 16th of March.
