I would love an appraisal. While the character is nothing special, only 7mil sp and few assets, it does have Black Market Trading. I am curious as to whether this extremely rare skill will impact plex value.

It's completly contradictory to what you are preaching here and it looks like you either totally abuse the lack of price knowledge of that seller or you must have offered him some $$$ besides that ISK. You not only offered him much less than the "real" value of a character that you try to estimate in this topic, but even 1B less than that poor guy would get from extracting skills up to 5m and selling the injectors. And then there are 2 plexes he needs to pay for the transfer on top of that. Shocked

She posts prices on toons simply to mislead buyers and purchase them herself.

Even if you don't respect anyone else, you should really learn to respect ISD. They are volunteers that make all of our lives better. They also know and understand the rules much better than you do.
