Want to buy ... 'auto self-destruct'.
When a Group of players use a 'relative ICBM' to attack my 'relative gnat' ship, the 'consequences' are automatically reciprocated back to them.

Nope sorry you're playing in a sandbox, either throw some sand back or go play in another corner Pirate

Serious answer is to learn from every splatting in the hopes you get splatted less later down the line, maybe even one day do the splatting yourself. Treat ships like ammo and realize they all gonna die sooner or later and that's fine. Keep costs down so you aren't too frustrated by the losses and just try to learn why you died each time and adapt strategy accordingly.

At first it can seem like the traps you fall into are inescapable and unfair, but remember you just don't know what's going on yet and every fight even an instant kill contains lessons that will advance you Pirate

Make friends with people who've fitted their ships with guns and shoot the people you're pissed at in the face.

In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

If a gnat gets hit by an ICBM and the ICBM goes off, I'd say that's a serious problem that might make the ICBM not very useful.
