Launchpad. PI Quality of life proposal

Simple proposal, renamable launchpads for PI. Keeping track of which "QP-B4D" is for your robotics production is a hassle, much better to just be able to rename it "Robotics".

This doesn't change any actual gameplay, so there's no balance issues it just makes life easier and therefor the game a little bit better.

pi is a major pain in the ass that would make it a hundred times easier that's for sure

Also the ability to increase the size of a Launchpad so we can have 1 large launch pad rather than 2 or 3.

Still worth it even if the 'Upgrade' takes exactly the same amount of CPU and Powergrid. Just easier to manage 1 Launch pad than 3.

I think the same, but for factories. Instead producing 3000->20 something as 12000->80 , but preserving cost per unit, cpu and Powergrid.

All character bazaar done. Finally 39 pilot and 3 can be killed later. This account will be used only for forum interaction, fly safe.
