First 60 bil offer gets it straight away (ie. buyout price). Otherwise entertaining offers starting at 50 bil.

True, mineral prices have crashed a bit since I bought mine. I'll take bids starting at 30b, but reserve the right to decline under 40b.

Also, the auction will end exactly 24 hours after the first bid of 30+ is received.
