BPOs at citadels not showing up in industry tab

I have BPOs and copies at a citadel and regular npc station. In the industry tab with Show all facilities, and all blue prints, the blue prints at the citadel don't show up. I had to physically go to that station to see if they were still there. Anyone else running into this issue or is this on purpose?

Edit:

figured it out. The station no longer supports those types of services. So all my research has stopped. I can only cancel it or wait until those services restart. Yay..... days lost on research.

Before you cancel anything, talk to the owner what's going on. However if the complex is about to be destroyed, your stuff is gone, except BPOs.
