Has there been any CCP post confirming that it's actually going to happen at all? It seems to me like the only info on this at all is that it was discussed at the CSM meeting.

well yes and no ..

There has not been an single thing like nerfing that ship called yet..

But

There was some info about alteration to drake and other tier 2 battlecruisers ... along with revamp of sub BS ships..

So thats about it.
