Is there a post somewhere thats states where you can get each of those. I know where one of them drops, so I will fill it in below. If anyone can help fill this out please do so.

Unless CCP has changed things recently, Rogue Drone Exploration sites will drop a lot of those items.

These drop from Sentient drones in Drone anomalies. They don't spawn in every one, though, basically the same as Faction spawns in pirate anomalies.

Sentient drones also spawn in some of the drone combat anomalies, and various cargo containers in these can also have them, like DMC said.

These are the items I've gained just by doing Rogue Drone sites in high sec.

Drone Synaptic Relay Wiring

Course it's been a while since I've run Rogue Drone sites and their expeditions. I'm sure the rest of the items on the OP's list can also be gained the same way, probably just have to complete higher level sites and their expeditions as well.

This parts dropped in price recently with the Excavator Drone changes and Jita Burn Event and sellers are stockpiling till the prices will get decent again.
