Also the person buying it for that sucpiciously low price is claiming to be an expert telling everyone else in other topics that they are undervaluating their characters and the characters are worth more than what you can get for extracting their skills and selling injectors... then this happens.

The character extractor value is about 8b thats true but sometimes people just wanna make a quick sell and this is happen here, if you read my post about character appraisals then you can read i do not step in your sale when you was adviced from me before. Others then this i have to say it is very rude to type something like "doing RMT" and such things!
