Hi guys I'm new to the trading game here and was wondering if anyone does mentoring? I've been having some success and that's all well in good but I've run into some things I don't know how to deal with. For example my turn over rate has been really low and I've been trying to increase it but can't figure out how.

So far I have:

Trade 4
Broker Relations 4
Marketing 3
Accounting 2

I'm trying to get a spread sheet going so far I have margins, costs, and profits on there but I'm not confident it's as good as it could be.

train Margin Trading to lvl4 as soon as possible

it allows you to place more buy orders than you currently have isk in your wallet and that alone does wonders for your turnover

My advice is:

Train Accounting and Broker Relations to level 5. (i dont know why people keep insisting on trading at level 3-4)
Marging trading at least to level 4.
Raise your standings - it will get you really low broker fees allowing you to mess with other people's orders and still come on top lol
Move to Jita 4-4 and never undock.

That's how I trade. If you like it, hit me up in-game and I'll give you more tips narizon.

What do you guys think about moving from jita to a less populated area to trade for someone who only changes trades once a day. Doing that I was able to go from 500m to 1,200m over 1 month. Can I expect more else where?

Prob because of the time investment. I havnt trained them beyond lvl 4 either. I know im missing out on approx 0.4% on my profit margins but in my particular circumstances my profit margins are around 30-50% so I dont really miss the 0.4%. Instead ive spent the time I could have ground out those skills to lvl 5 in more prudent areas, such as wholesale to broaden my portfolio and spaceship command skills to eventually get towards a Jump Freighter
