Cheapest place to buy implants?

I have tried a couple of the major hubs. I was hoping there might be somewhere else that has them at a reduced rate.

Well, you could research the best price with https://eve-central.com/

Also don't forget to check Public Contracts too, might just find a better deal on a full set. Word of caution though, make sure you check info on each item in the contract before purchasing it to make sure you're getting what's being advertised.

Well with mission running you can use your Loyalty Points to purchase implants (usually at half market value).

Only way to get them cheaper is through the LP stores for FW or regular corporations. The relative "cheapness" relates to how fast you can make the LP for the implant itself versus anything else and then buying them for isk.

I can do you a better deal than any trade hub out there. Just mail me with the specific implants you want, followed by 75% of jita sell price, and you will receive your second-hand implants within 21 working days.

Ignoring the opportunity cost of LP, though....
Best place is the cheapest place! And that might depend on what the level 5 runners or faction warfares are doing.
