how the hell do I get that boost?(for miners)

This according to the latest patch regarding thew new orca boost.


Mining Laser Field Enhancement

Increases range of mining lasers, strip miners, ice harvesters, gas harvesters, and survey scanners

Base Bonus +30%

Maximum Bonus +114.26%


Mining Laser Optimization

Reduces cycle time and capacitor use of mining lasers, strip miners, ice harvesters, and gas harvesters

Base Bonus -15%

Maximum Bonus -57.13%


And according to them I can get max but I max most of my skills and I am not even close to what they say in the patch how the hell is it possible?

My bonuses with my skills are with command burst modules

Mining Laser Field Enhancement 78.8%

Mining Laser Optimization 39.4%


These my skills to max orca boost

Mining Foreman V

industrial command Ships IV

I have Mining foreman midlink implant


Can anyone help me to get the max boost according the latest patch?

Mining foreman mindlink implant, use a Rorqual, make sure you're using T2 mods (I think that matters.)

The maximum bonus possible would require a Rorqual with active T2 industrial core - which would deliver an additional 2%/level hull bonus compared to the Orca and a 30% bonus for the industrial core.
