Needs Capital shield operation, Capital remote shield stuff, Heavy drone operation 5, capital ships IV, graviton physics IV (or 5), Jump drive operation 5, jump drive calibration 5, jump fuel conservation IV (min), ice mining drone and specialization to a good level before i'd even consider it close to perfect.
so closer to 200 days to "perfect"

seems like. and i really dont want to waste the effort in making a perfect pilot. want it already done.
